Service Description

Joinful provides cloud-based video conferencing services. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may change with notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Joinful legally and respectfully. Prohibited activities include harassment, distributing malware, violating others' privacy, and circumventing security measures.

Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Payment Terms

Free tier includes 500 minutes monthly. Usage beyond free tier is billed monthly. Subscription plans are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Joinful is provided 'as is'. We're not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our control.
